Gabriela founded Trade in Motion with a clear mission: to connect the mining industry with the mining workforce intelligence and talent solutions it needs to operate at full capacity. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, she leads the company's strategic direction and long-term throughout North America and Latin America.
Gabriela oversees commercial strategy and contract negotiations while serving as the company's principal advisor on mining workforce strategy to C-suite executives. She is also a recognized industry voice, speaking at conferences and leading Trade in Motion's podcast People First as a platform for meaningful conversations that shape the future of the mining industry. Gabriela speaks fluently Spanish, English and French.
