Sipele is the operational core of Trade in Motion's talent delivery. She leads mining project workforce planning, talent strategy, and the end-to-end acquisition process, ensuring every placement aligns with both the client's operational objectives and the candidate's long-term onboarding through project delivery.
She coordinates workforce mobility and relocation through our Mining Relocation Services, and provides ongoing human resources and contractor support throughout the engagement lifecycle. She also contributes to industry events and workforce initiatives that strengthen Trade in Motion's presence within the mining community.
